This page is about the method actor Tom Honks. You may be looking for Tim Hanks, who had an uncredited role in Saving Private Ryan.

Paul Geomante, known professionally by his stage name Tom Honks, formerly known as Tim Honks, is a method actor best known for his impression of Tom Hanks and/or Mister Rogers, an impressive feat given that he normally looks identical to Paul Giamatti. His impression has had a similar effect as The Dress, with some saying he looks identical to Tom Hanks and others saying he looks identical to Mister Rogers, though proponents of the latter generally concede that he has a similar nose to Hanks.

Honks was brought up on EFAP 110 when MauLer received a picture of him as Mister Rogers onset of Mister Rogers' Gamerhood and commented on how his portrayal of Mister Rogers bore a resemblance to Tom Hanks. Chat, fooled by Honks' and Hanks' identical noses and their tendency to believe that all white people look the same, mistakenly believed that it actually was Tom Hanks. The Discord argued that the reason he looked like Mister Rogers was because Hanks played Mister Rogers in a movie, but when MauLer looked it up the image that appeared was of Honks playing Hanks, and MauLer mistakenly believed that he was Paul Giamatti. He was later corrected by chat member bomber604 who said that it was Paul Geomante. On EFAP 120, the gang was shown a picture of Geomante out of character in the Mister Rogers costume captioned "Method Actor Tom Honks," clearing up the confusion.

Honks' success at potraying Tom Hanks portraying Mister Rogers landed him the role of Mister Rogers himself in the upcoming odd couple show Mister Rogers & Hitler, a soft reboot of the original Cosby & Hitler, with the twist being that Rogers will be the one preaching eugenics rather than Hitler, in a subversion of audience expectations. Rogers will be the host of the show-within-a-show Mister Rogers' Gamerhood, where he says his catchphrase "thinking emoji" and uses the word "gamer" as a slur. Honks will once again put his impressionist skills to work to portray Jimmy Carter in the show as well, though it is currently unknown if the scene of Rogers revealing that he is a black man and preparing to say the n-word is Honks or another actor.
